Goods once purchased from this site can be returned under following conditions only:

  • Wrong item dispatched by vendor, other than what was ordered by the customer.
  • Item is found damaged on receipt before use by customer.
  • Under the above circumstances customer must book a complaint in the email ID – contact@ultimecesta.com  with necessary proof. Upon approval customer has to send back the item to the vendor in same condition and vendor will arrange to send a fresh item as par customer order. In case the vendor is not in a position to send the item even after receipt of goods, refund shall be given to customer immediately with in 7 -10 working days from receipt of goods.
  • However, all necessary action shall be taken to ensure goods are despatched as par customer order only.
  • For any minor difference in style or colour an item can not be changed as pictorial images in site may sometimes vary slightly compared to the original one.
